1) Investing in a friend, making a friend into a REAL FRIEND, building a community of friends, is a much better source of security. We build our network of friends that way. We have to think of friends and community as investments, as our most important asset. They can comfort us and help us in difficult times, and they can share our joy and happiness.

2) Understanding such intense suffering and realizing compassion in the
midst of it, you become a joyful person, evenif your life is very hard.

3) When you see in yourself the wish that the other person stops suffering, that is a sign of REAL LOVE.

4) To test your REAL STRENGTH, try going to the other person TO LISTEN
and TALK to him/her, and you will discover right away whether your loving compassion is real.

5) If we know how to appreciate the beautiful things, we will not have search for anything else. PEACE and HAPPINESS are available in every moment, in each BREATH IN & OUT.

6) If our society loses the values of JUSTICE, HONESTRY, LOVE and COMPASSION, we will face greater difficulties and we will suffer. Real
sense of appreciation of humanity, LOVE and COMPASSION are keys.

7) The mind of LOVE brings PEACE, JOY and HAPPINESS to ourselves and
others. COMPASSION is a mind that removes the SUFFERING that is present in the other.

8) MEDITATION is a point of contact. Sometimes you do not have to go to
the place suffering. You just sit quietly on a chair, and you can see everything. You can actualize everything, and you can be awares of what is going on. Out of that kind of awareness, COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING arise naturally.
